knife quality

by "carver audain" <twotrinis@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 25, 2008 at 08:57 AM

I am new to this I have the following question.

I am quite happy with cutco knives, what do I look for to get the same
quality from another manufacturer. Cutco knives stay sharp for a long
time.
Even when they are dull, they are much sharper than anything else in my
kitchen. I think cutco's prices are high, so I want something similar or
the same for a lower price.
