Hmmmm...it's worth mentioning that these knives come from a poor part of
the world in which the back-country folk still carry and use one everyday.

These are people who eat very little and work very hard all day long.

It's a given that todays kukri is not their grandfathers...

The bent blade designs tend to be pretty old...it's bronze age forging
technology. The blade itself has different advantages depending on how
it is gripped. A proper, light, kukri is a hella good knife for general
pur****se work. Leaving the blade thick at the handle make a good blade
and the bar cross section is super strong.

Leave Ron alone...it's a cool post. :)
