I've been asked to sharpen a circular blade from a kebab slicer. it's
basically a flat bit of steel 74mm or so in diameter with a 12mm hole in
the
centre which is circular, but for a flat edge, obviously the spindle that
usually goes there isn't quite circular so it can spin the blade. The
steel
is stainless, 400 series by the feel of it, quite soft. I could do it by
hand, but I think it might take a while. Or I could try to make something
to spin it and sharpen it that way. Or I could try using my dremel.
any suggestions?
