I learned Latin 35 years ago, so it is not very fresh.
"delineavit" is the conjugation form perfect of delineare.
"delineo" would be "I draw".
"delineavit" would be "he has drawn".
than You for filling the Latin grammar holes :-)
fecit, pinxit, inventavit, sculpsit, delineavit...
he made, hi painted, hi invented, he sculpted, he draw
I feel like a pupil again...."****ver".....
