Hi Chris and Rodney,
I believe that you are looking at the wrong stamp for the the 20c
gray. That stamp is the SCADTA fourth issue,
Scott C41, issued June 24, 1923. The red 'R' is for registration and
is Scott CF1. There are no R designation for a country.
The blue 30c is also the fourth SCADTA issue and was overprinted EU
for the United states and seems to be Michel LA601. The new Scott
1840-1950 catalog now lists the SCADTA issues. I use Sanabria and the
2 stamps are Sanabria numbers:
20c gray 68
30c blue 962
The difference, probably, between the 2 pictures you are looking at is
a picture of the Third SCADTA issue and the fourth SCADTA issue, which
look similar. TGhe difference is in the inscriptions:
