Scott says 1916, unwatermarked, lithographed, Rouletted 7.
Catalogue number is Mozambique MR1, CV $0.50 used. Scott's reference
example does not have any cleaner margins than your copy.
It describes the image as: "Coats of Arms of ****tugal and Mozambique on
