Hey all,
How can I detect a dipped silver coin? For me,this type of cleaning is
very
hard to spot. I've heard the people at PCGS and other graders can tell
pretty easily.How?
It's easier on copper coins.
The only thing that might tip me off is very faint toning around letters
and
stars. but even then,it's iffy. Some pictures in the binaries group would
help.Thanks
