Is MS70 truly possible?

Grade-flation notwithstanding, I wonder if the US Mint can truly
produce a MS70 coin.
The planchet must be perfect.
The upsetting process must be perfect and not damage the planchet.
The die must be perfect.
The strike must be perfect - a full strike is an obvious requirement
but there can be no dust or other foreign matter on the die or
planchet when striking occurs.
After the coin is struck it must not come into contact with any other
coin.
Doesn't seem possible to me.
