It's not an error, but a variety. If I were building a set, I would
probably go with the 2008 with the 2008 reverse; not the 2007 variety.

If you're looking for higher return (and willing to spend the bucks to
get it), PCGS would be the way to go. They're a lot harder on MS-70s
than NGC.

Tough call. My crystal ball is hazy at the moment. Seriously,
speculating the coin market is akin to fortune telling. You never
know.

It's a relatively easy set to complete, provided you don't try to get
too stupid with it. An MS-69 set from either PCGS or NGC is pretty
easy
to put together on your own. MS-70 is going to be tough.
