Hi,
I have just picked up a book at a local fair. "All in a Day's March"
by Belchem. It has a interesting inscription "David Belchem my
companion on many battlefields and now my Chief of Staff. Montgomery
of Alamein F.M.". I thought I was lucky after checking in the internet
the signature appeared real. BUT the book was published in 1978 and
the Field Marshall died in 1976. I knew he had a double during the war
but didn't know he had a signing double later. Has anyome elso come
across this.
