Though I am not a watch collector, I can offer a few thoughts. I would
date it to between 1900 - 1915 due to the style of the figures and the
use of a winding knob rather than a key. The 24 hour figures suggest a
continental origin. The inside may give more information on the maker
and country. Value would depend on more information such as case metal
(gold, silver, nickel etc) cosmetic (appearance) and mechanical
condition (does it keep good time or is broken), but I don't see it as a
rare model.
