Information for old child's chair

I was wondering if any one would know what this chair is and when it
might of been made. I know nothing about it except my mother-in-law
said that she had it as a child and that would of been about eighty
five years ago because she would of been around ninety five.

She came from upstate New York so I am assuming that is where it came
from. Who the maker would be I haven't a clue and there is nothing
marked on the bottom of it.
