Sure it does at a live auction and that what it was. The ebay listing
was for placing bids for the
live auction in California.
I'll agree that the sale prices were amazing, but they've always said
things were higher there.
I've emailed the lady with RM Auctions that sent me my auction catalog
to ask for a complete
list of the final sale amounts, it'll be interesting to see what
everything else sold for.
I was amazed at the Zenith Spinet 1942 set. I've those go unsold at
radio meets for a few
hundred bucks and here one sold for more than $5k...
I guess we all need to rethink the value of our radio collections.
