Greetings Again All!
Thanks for all the ideas and encouragement! Thanks to Michael for all
the good ideas as well. I do not have the radio back yet.  It is still
at the friends house for me to pick up.  I will really study the
schematic much more carefully the next time and revert the it back to
its original design if possible.  One person has offered to help from
this group and I really appreciate the offer.  And, yes, there will be
a next time and the radio will be a National NC Special Sixty.  Have a
