"Slap sides of cabinet with hands" (Sylvania 9000)

by "Phil Nelson" <philnelson@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 17, 2008 at 10:34 AM

I love this instruction on the label of my FM-only Sylvania model 9000
radio:

"Chassis removal: Place receiver face down and remove bottom screw. Slap
sides of cabinet with hands and at the same time lift set."

Struck me as funny, but then I'm easily amused :-)

BTW, anyone have a schematic for this critter? I don't see it at Nostalgia

Air. I'm sure there's nothing mysterious about the set, but I like to have

schematics for everything.
