Another Ebay-inspired inflated price

Today at a yard sale at a low-end trailer park: Zenith T/O A600. Beater,
water damage, rough cover, mold, mildew, chart water damaged. Barely more
than a parts unit. Firm price $100. Why? One just like it on Ebay going
for $175 along with printout of listing. I attempted to explain to the
seller that her T/O needed extensive work- but she just shrugged her
shoulders and said "whatever"...
