Management gets pretty rude to people who do that. As do the various
vendors.
Park near, unload, move out to the field. When all is done, park next
to your spot if you are a perimeter vendor. Otherwise, leave room for
those who need it.

78 is reasonably clear through Easton. 80 is down to one lane
Eastbound near Stroudsburg, westbound is clear from the bridge through
Danville.
81 is a mess around Scranton. Allow perhaps 20 - 30 minutes extra for
that mess (except Friday 3:00pm/Sunday when active construction
stops).
The PA Turnpike North and South is spotty from Mid-County through
Lehigh Valley with construction on weekdays. East and West is spotty
in both directions from Rt. 100 through Mid-County.
I have driven all of these roads over the last 10 days at pretty much
all hours, only 80 East, 81 @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Scranton and the Turnpike North have
given me any grief at all, and that only for a few miles/minutes. I
had to slow down to a mere 55mph (from my typical cop-safe 72 (in 65
zone)).
