Update,
I have gone completely through this set again and checked and
rechecked every wire,capacitor,coil,resistor,tube,etc... and all
appears to be well but still no improvement what-so-ever.
I hate to say it but I think this set is going to become a Shelf Queen
and or parts set as I have tried just about everything there is to
try.
I also want to Thank all of you who have helped me with this set and
for your patience,it is most Appreciated
