Reproduction labels

by Totalrod2@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Dec 23, 2006 at 07:54 PM

Hi y'all. This is my first time posting to this group. I'm doing my
house 1950's style and have added a couple of things which might be of
interest. I aquired 1940's Heinz ketchup bottle and an early 1950's Joy
detergent bottle, both with the original paper labels on them. Although
the labels were in rough shape, I was able to make exact reproductions.
The Heinz bottle will be filled and sit in the middle of my chrome
dinette table, and the Joy bottle will be in the kitchen. Anyhow,
here's photos of the bottles:

Here's the back of the Heinz bottle:

The label on the Joy bottle has printing on the backside. It looks kind
of distorted though the glass, but here's a picture anyways:

If anybody needs either of these labels, feel free to email me and I'll
send them to you for a couple of bucks. I ain't looking to get rich.
Just figured they came out so nice, why not share 'em! I attached the
labels using 3M spray adhesive.
