artwork. A definite high grade key for collectors of Byrne artwork

astounding
copy in high grade this book is the first comic artwork of Barry
Windsor-Smith who later went on the pen Marvel's adaptation of Conan the
Barbarian. At NM+ 9.6, this is 1 of 9 books on the CGC census and is the
Top
Census grade for this issue! Overstreet value for a 9.2 is $120, but when
you're talking about a top census book such as this and the rarity of such
a
book in this grade, you really have to throw the re****ts out the window
and
bid on it with your heart. This book is a value at any price level and
currently is at $305 with a BIN of $550!

X-MEN 61 CGC VF 8.0 2ND APP SAURON Here's a nice Silver age X-Men book
that
certainly is affordable and would fit in just fine with a VF to NM run.
This
issue features the second appearance of Sauron with artwork from the great
Neal Adams, one of the more prolific comic artists of our time. There's NO
reserve on this auction and with Overstreet pricing this copy at $65 it's
certainly quite a bargain at the current bid level of $11.51.
