Hasbro hires Deathy,for his ideas & creates special Transformers
called "Deathy inspired".
I got a phone call from Hasbro USA 4 weeks ago. I was flown down
Hasbro head quarters in Rhode Island. As soon as I got off the air
plane,a few extremly anxious Hasbro workers were holding up huge card
board cards with the words deathy on it. I got driven to the Hasbro
headquarters via a Hummer 3. As soon as I got in the Hasbro
headquarters. there were Hasbro reps from the USA,Canada,UK &
Austrailia. then there were a few Japanese Reps from Takara. I said
to myself Wow they must really need my TF ideas.
Anyways after a few introductions,the meeting kicked into high gear.
I stood up & adressed the panel. everyone was anxious to hear my TF
ideas. I first noted my Dis-pleasure of the Classics 2.0 Galvatron
being deluxe size & not ultra sized. Then as things kicked off,I was
on a roll & ****nned as the star everyone was anious to listen to.
I noted I wanted a sub-TF toy line called "Deathy Certified",The
decision was then made by the
panel to call the sub-line "Deathy Inspired".
Here are my ideas that I told the panel:
(1) A G-1 Megatron in bot mode that transformed into a Walter P-38
Riffle gun. that's right no hand gun with riffle extensions. the toy
would be the size of a $25-$30 Ultra. Then I told them I wanted
Megatron to combine with a G-1 Optimus Prime. the optimus Prime would
be a cab+truck that would transform like G-1 1985 Menasor. no smaller
prime bot mode.
(1a) This brought on a anxious discussion how megs & prime would
combine. I suggested that the combined mode would be worn by both megs
& prime. either re-do the Energon 2-in-1 pants & ****rt combiner mode.
or have megs wear prime as armor & vice versa have prime wear megs as
armor.
(1b) the panel then asked why'd I'd want a Meg+Prime combiner. I then
explained think of the story as a universe type ending story. where
both faction sides are 90% wipped out by Unicron or the G-2 Hub. to
salvage a win,the 2 most powerful transformers combine forces to get a
win win situation end result. I then explained that a Megs & Prime
combiner would make TF fan boys drool for beyond happiness.
(1c)Everyone appauded & anxiously said: what else do you got"?
(2) 5 super poseable deluxe sized 1986 G-1 Predacons that form a super
poseable Preadking. with the combiner accessories built inside each
individual figure.
(2a) the response was met with excitement & a takara rep said he'd get
to work on it as soon as hit hits japan soil.
(3)A voyager sized G-1 1986 Galvatron update homage mold in both bot &
alt mode. I then said I wanted galvatron to combine with a voyager
sized Rodimus. Rodimus Prime I suggest would be a bigger more detailed
version of the titanium 6 inch rodimus prime version. I suggest both
figures be able to wear each other as armor. rodimus gets to wear
galvatron as armor. galvatron gets to wear rodimus prime as armor.
(3a) the panel asked what the reason behind the combined mode was? I
explained that the quintessons have enslaved all the transformers.
Rodimus & Galvatron help each other escape. prime appears to them from
a matrix vision & tells them the only way to free everyone is to
combine there bodies into one.
(3c) the UK hasbro rep was so happy he started to cry with joy tears.
(4)I then told all the panel that there handling the Master piece
transformers the wrong way.
I insisted that the majority of TF fans wanted TF G-1 characters with
weird non-earth real alt modes. I insisted & spoke for the entire TF
fandom that WE all wanted master piece versions of the following TF's:
1986 Galvatron,1986 Rodimus Prime,1985 Shockwave,1986 Cyclonus the
size of MP Starscream.
(5)I then told the panel that they've got to start doing Updated
homage molds of all the Japanese TF eclusives like:
Overlord,Deathsauras,Victorysabre,Dinoking,Liokaiser,Roadceasar,
(5a) I told e'm to slip in 2 super poseable Takara Exclusive TF's in
the new main TF line each year. If there 2 main TF lines per year than
Slip in 3 per year.
(5b)The Takara guy cried he tried that but aaron archer got angry &
hit him in the face.
aaron apologized & said he was having a bad moorning that day.
(6) I spoke a megaphone turned it on & began shouted at the panel:
"STOP USING THE CLASSICS LINE AS A TRASH CAN FOR MINI-ME ALTERNATORS."
The meeting ended & Hasbro+Takara agreed that these were great ideas &
ordered the stuff be done for the 2009 TF "Deathy Inspired" TF toy
line.
