Just my two cents on the whole OTFCC matter. I found the con to run pretty
smoothly and without a hitch. If there was any problems I sure didnt
notice
any.
I also never noticed any exposed pipes or if the floor was bare concrete.
Then again, it never once came into consideration.
And on the Viper twins thing. Anyone who has the Speedbreaker/Sideburn toy
and the twins can clearly see this is a remold. Thats not just a set of
lips, thats a completly new head. Well, maybe not a remold as more of a
completly new part. The Autobot symbol on Shadow Strikers arm? Yeah that
was
odd, but it did say in her tech specs that she was originally an Autobot.
So
that explains it. Not the best way to cover that up, but it was an
explanation. Pretty much similar to TFU Razorclaw having a Maximal symbol
on
his chest. In that he was originally Tigerhawk from another reality.
Recently with the new Oil Slick TFU toy Hasbro has began making new molded
sigils. So I truthfully belive there was budgeting for the line issues
involved there. Not really sure, but I definatley am not losing any sleep
over it either.
But back to this years OTFCC. Truthfully I had more fun this year than I
have had in the past few years. I never saw any problems either. But hey
thats just me, I'm nobody special. Just another fan. Admittedly I have no
grudge against 3H. Which seems to be a recuring theme amoung the folks who
have had complaints. I have always gotten fair treatment from them and
good
customer service. I know there is some history in the company. While its
been subject of controversy, it never has really came into my mind other
than being somebody elses buisness.
So in short. I'm sorry if anone had a bad time this year. Myself, I had
the
time of my life.
