Hello Toy Fans,
I invite you all to the wonderful new sapph.com. On sapph.com I
review movies, toys and comics. Much like mwctoys, I open all my toys
and play test them before I review them.
I finally just got Absorbing Man and Abomination, so look for them in
the next week.
Check out some of the new reviews like the ATOMIX HOTWHEELS BATCAVE
PLAYSET, SAURON LOTR MINIMATE, MONSTER MEZ-ITZ. Coming this week is
ROBO SAPIEN (the Bi-Ped Remote Robot), PINK PANTHER, MR. T MINIMATE
and more.
Today is my birthday, so come by bookmark my site and send me wishes.
By the way, the coolest thing about my site is GIRL POWER! Yes I am a
girl and I still play with boy's toys.
Here is a snippet from my 6" DOC OCK REVIEW from 5/18.
<from sapph.com about Movie Doc Ock>
I can't complain about very much with this figure. It's just about as
close to perfection as you can get. The sculpt is awesome! Doc Ock's
face looks like the actor that will be playing him in the movie, with
a seriously mean expression. The figure boasts 30 points of
articulation, which is pretty amazing. His hands open and close, there
are joints in the neck, elbows, shoulders, knees, feet, and the claws!
I was able to pose Doc in a variety of fight positions without
difficulty and he was able to stand pretty well on his own. His knee
joints were a little weak, but it really didn't affect his standing as
much as I thought it would. His mechanical arms are bendy but do not
stay in position for very long without some help. The claws work great
on my figure and were able to open and close without any difficulty.
