Can anyone tell me the name of a warner brothers/Looney Tunes cartoon where
the main characters were a big stupid cat and a small parrot (i think
named
Louie). The line that sticks with me is where the parrot walks in on the
cat who was choking on something and says something to the effect of,
"breath stupid breathe <while slapping his face>. you forgot to breathe
again stupid"
I'm trying to purchase a video with this cartoon in it..
