Around the 1974 - 1976 time frame I had a small four wheel cart that was
propelled by pu****ng and pulling the handlebars in a rowing action.
Stearing was accomplished by steering the front wheels with my feet. It
had
large plastic wheels. My best memory of this toy was riding throught the
snow in the front yard and building up a snow on the front wheels until it
they were a couple of feet across. I think this cart was called a ZOOM
CYCLE but I may be confusing this with something else. I guess I am
getting
a little nostalgic for my childhood and would like to find one, if just to
hang from the wall in the garage. I cannot remember what eventually
happened to this cart, but most likely the drive system broke and my
parents
may have quitely thrown it away. I assume that it either came from Sears
or
JCPenneys. Thanks in advance for any information.
