I looked at all the pictures and I think you've got a bike which was 
upgraded with Campy stuff, but wasn't originally spec'd that way. The 
derailleurs are Nuovo Record which was really good equipment. Until 
around 1977 or so, it was their top of the line. The crank however 
doesn't look right, and in fact, looks like a Japanese crank made by 
Sugino. Does the marking on the crank arm have any words or identifying 
marks?

The lugwork and the dropouts on the frame are indicative of a relatively 
inexpensive model. Are there any decals on the frame indicating the type 
of tubing used in the frameset?

I doubt there is much economic value to your bike.
