I started selling Raleigh bikes in around 1975. Unfortunately, my memory
is a little dim, but I remember there were three models of bikes in that
era that came with tubular tires ... the Competition, International, and
the Pro. The International was a copper/gold colored bike but I don't
remember any white panels on either the seat tube, or the head tube. The
bike might predate the mid- 1970's. We quit selling Raleigh in the early
1980's (my store continued until 1998)because, frankly, the quality was
mediocre compared to the Japanese bikes which were penetrating the
American market, so it's also possible that your Raleigh is a more
recent model that was sold after we terminated our relation****p with
Raleigh. Sorry I can't be more help.
Which Campagnolo equipment is on the bike? That would help isolate the
era.
